40+ hours of expert DEI advice.

We are excited to launch Diversity Network’s fifth and largest-ever digital INCLUSION festival for 2024!

Broadcasting for a huge five days from 1 to 5 July, Diversity Network’s week-long diversity, equity and inclusion festival is bursting with some of the world’s greatest thought leaders sharing their cutting-edge knowledge, practical advice and inspirational stories to make real, sustained change in the workplace.

It has never been more essential for practitioners to remain committed to diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives to ensure senior leaders prioritise its importance despite pushbacks and budget squeezes.

The INCLUSION Festival will help us all navigate resistance, build unity and make change happen with a full, accessible programme covering all aspects of DEI including inclusive leadership, personal stories, disability inclusion and accessibility, building inclusive teams – and for the first time, a full day dedicated to health, wellbeing and the future of work.

Why join us?

  1. Join us and our amazing panel of expert speakers, panelists and workshoppers as they discuss how inclusive leadership can ensure maximum DEI engagement at a micro, macro and company level, inclusive problem solving, and how DEI leaders need to develop as industry evolves.
  2. Listen to personal stories for why DEI matters with engaging narratives from the front line of work, creating a space for open discussions and sharing impactful stories to foster understanding and empathy.
  3. Learn from the best in the business about disability inclusion and accessibility to empower all members of staff with the right accessibility tools and training to enable everyone to thrive.
  4. Find out how to enable everyone in your organisation to progress, no matter which setting you’re in, by exploring the benefits of opening the door to a wider pool of demographics and ensure successful in-house career progression for all, as well as grasping practical strategies for building teams that welcome and leverage diverse perspectives to drive success and encourage true diversity of thought.
  5. We’ll help you move the needle on DEI by sharing how to implement effective DEI measurement, and by fostering inclusive leadership, diverse teams, and practical strategies for lasting DEI success.
  6. You’ll also discover how to improve wellbeing in your workplace, understand mental health issues and ensure that all staff receive proper support, anticipating the work landscape of the future.
