About Us
HOW IT ALL BEGAN
We founded at the start of 2020 with a desire to amplify the messages of diversity, equity and inclusion at work and help make change happen.
Little did we know then that a pandemic was just around the corner! Consequently, we have grown digitally, regularly connecting the DEI industry through digital events and online meetups, and bringing together DEI leaders, influencers and changemakers all over the world to define the workplace of the future and help make change happen.
Nowadays, our team members are located right across the globe, and our community includes individuals from over 90 countries worldwide. We are still largely digital too – we find that meeting digitally is practical and convenient in terms of everyone’s time, and it enables us to facilitate truly international gatherings on a regular basis. It also means that we are here for you with expert DEI advice and support on tap, all at the touch of a button!
We are famous for the quality of our content. We work with a wide range of respected DEI leaders from many top brands, and our carefully curated content covers every aspect of diversity, equity and inclusion in practice.
Diversity Network is a completely independent organisation. Our remit is to facilitate strategic-focused discussion and debate around Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in a workplace and business environment. Our content is here to inform, educate, challenge, and inspire.
Through our work, we aim to shine a light on the most exciting DEI developments in business through a valuable mix of case studies, online events, debates, interviews and insights from industry professionals on the front line of change. We also hold regular online meetups so that you can network with your peers. We would love you to join us!
