“Making the world a more inclusive place, one organiaation at a time,” says Geff of his mission. As former Managing Director at Macquarie, with c-suite roles at BNP Paribas and ING, Geff has had 35 years of front office executive experience before becoming a DEI thought leader.

Some of Geff’s achievements include being the LGBTQ+ network chair for Macquarie, which was named Stonewall’s number-one inclusive employer in 2022. Geff was named as Inspirational Leader of the Year at the British LGBT Awards in 2019; was ranked in the Guardian’s Pride Powerlist of the 100 most influential LGBTQ+ people in the UK in 2022 and 2024 and was shortlisted for Business Role Model at the PinkNews Awards in 2018 and 2022.
