Gen Y & Gen Z workers support diverse leadership

New research from The Netherlands shows that 61 per cent of Gen Y and Z workers recognise the value of diverse leadership, compared with 39 per cent of employees over 44 years of age.

The State of Inclusion in Dutch Tech survey was carried out by 
Diverse Leaders in Tech, powered by Techleap.nl.

Two-thirds of all tech employees think diversity is essential, but 65 percent see little concrete evidence of it in their organisations, and half of employees from immigrant backgrounds report not being treated equally, reports
