Mez Riezia has been with OGUK for almost a year, having graduated from an MSc in Energy Management at Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. Working within the Market Intelligence team, Mez provides data interrogation and analysis to accompany OGUK’s flagship reports.
As a young professional in the industry, Mez is keen to ensure, with the support of industry Roadmap 2035, that the industry remains attractive to a diverse and inclusive workforce which will support the transition to net zero economy, and to challenge some of the perceived criticisms of the industry in attracting a diverse workforce.
OGUK is the leading representative body for the UK offshore oil and gas industry. It is a not-for-profit organisation, established in April 2007 but with a pedigree stretching back over 40 years.
