Lynn helps leaders to build high performance cultures through inclusion and diversity. This has included a specialised focus on areas including gender equity, LGBTQ+, race and ethnic diversity, neurodiversity, multi-faith, accessibility and carers, whilst at the same time recognising the need for both a strand-based and intersectional approach.
With more than 20 years’ experience in FTSE 100 organisations in Technology, Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Motor Industry and Insurance, Lynn has strong cross-industry experience to share. She is currently the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Director for Sage.
Having lived and worked in Asia Pacific, Bermuda, the Middle East, and the UK, Lynn brings a well-honed cross-cultural fluency, enabling her to successfully deliver against a global remit.
A co-founder of International Smart Advancing Women or iSAW, and the Gulf Region Organisation for Women or GROW, a Trustee of an Educational Trust and a mother of a daughter aged 15, Lynn is passionate about creating cultures where people thrive, in particular helping other younger women and girls to reach their full potential.
