About Us
HOW IT ALL BEGAN
We founded in the UK in 2020, shortly before the pandemic – and as such, we grew swiftly and organically online through digital events and online meetups, connecting DEI changemakers all over the world.
Nowadays, we are truly international. Our members of staff are all across the globe, and our community now spans individuals from over 90 countries worldwide. And yes, we are still principally operating online! There are several reasons for this. We find that meeting digitally is practical in terms of everyone’s time, as well as being better for the planet, more sustainable, and more equitable too (online, we are all the same size!).
Our carefully curated content covers every aspect of DEI and we are fortunate to work with a wide range of respected DEI leaders from many top brands. We believe passionately in equality, diversity and inclusion and creating a better workplace for all.
Diversity Network is a completely independent organisation. Our remit is to facilitate strategic-focused discussion and debate around Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in a workplace and business environment. Our content is here to inform, educate, challenge, and inspire.
Through our work, we aim to shine a light on the most exciting DEI developments in business through a valuable mix of case studies, online events, debates, interviews and insights from industry professionals on the front line of change. We also hold regular online meetups so that you can network with your peers.
