Fiona is the founder and director of The Fertility Coaching Company in London, and passionate about helping build fertility inclusive cultures at work. She is committed to moving the conversation on to take the next steps in addressing fertility as a hidden source of disclosure at work.
Bahia Overton holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Social Work. She is completing her Ph.D. in Social Work Research, focusing on the experiences of African American female adolescents in foster care.
Ms. Overton most recently served as the Director of Equity and Partnerships at the Chalkboard Project. She is also the Executive Consultant for Joy DeGruy Publications. She assists Dr. DeGruy in researching historical trauma and developing new models and methods for culturally responsive service delivery. Ms. Overton has also assisted with training and development for government agencies in creating and sustaining equitable policies and practices.
With over 14 years of practical experience as a professional in the field of social work, she has served as Child and Family Therapist, Curriculum Developer and Culturally-Specific Treatment Specialist in several states, with various community based organizations and government entities. Ms. Overton serves on the following Boards and Councils: College Possible, Oregon Student Voice, Organic Oneness and Oregon Educator Equity Advisory Group.
Ms. Overton is also an active member of the Bahài’ Faith which espouses the oneness of the human family.

Aimee D. Peoples is Vice President for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Anti-Racism (DEIA) at the National Partnership for Women & families. As the first person to hold this role, Aimee’s work is focused on taking intentional and significant steps to transform the National Partnership to live our values both internally and externally, operationalizing strategic initiatives, and confronting and disrupting bias in all of its forms.
An unapologetic DEIA agent of change and “good troublemaker”, Aimee brings over 15 years of knowledge and experience advocating for and creating positive change in workplaces. An experienced employment attorney and advisor, Aimee is also a trained mediator, workplace investigator, and labor negotiator. Aimee is a transformational leader with a proven history of using equity-driven design thinking to solve specific problems and using policies to cultivate a culture of accountability, equity, and inclusion.
Aimee is a proud graduate of Howard University (B.A.) and also earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School. In addition to her passions around DEIA, Aimee has been recognized for her commitment to community service and is an active volunteer in the DC area. She currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Critical Exposure.

Michelle Last is Partner, Keystone Law. Michelle is a skilled and highly-regarded employment lawyer, with over fifteen years’ experience in advising clients on a broad range of non-contentious and contentious employment law matters. She has particular expertise in negotiating and advising on settlement agreements, Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal litigation concerning whistleblowing and discrimination, restrictive covenants and confidentiality provisions including litigation in the High Court, TUPE, and employment issues on insolvency. She is a specialist adviser to recruitment businesses and recruitment professionals, giving strategic business modelling advice on the employment law issues associated with the structuring of businesses which supply personnel, including terms of business with hirers and work-seekers, right through to drafting and advising on restrictive covenants and disputes on terms and conditions.
Michelle is a regular contributor to the press and legal journals and has been published in The Times, Financial Times, Employment Law Journal, CIPD and The Lawyer, among many others. She is also an avid speaker on employment law issues relating to TUPE, discrimination, restrictive covenants and redundancy and has featured on BBC Radio 5 Live.
Elisabeth Galvin is a content editor at Diversity Network, and committed to equality, diversity and inclusion and creating a better workplace for all. As a journalist and author, she has worked in the US, London, Australia and Hong Kong for a range of magazines and newspapers. She is now based in Australia and also writing her third biography for the publisher Pen & Sword.
