As a workplace strategist and change manager, for the past 20+ years, Jodi has investigated what is working in a client’s workplace from a physical perspective, a policy perspective and a human-centric perspective. She asks the tough questions. How does this work? Is there something we could do better? Why is this done a certain way? And the result: driving better workplace solutions and stronger change engagements.
She works with various nonprofits and charitable organizations, from Architecture in Schools and the JDRF community games to the DC BIA Community Improvement Day. She is also a member of CoreNet and the American Planning Association and participates regularly in events with IFMA and BOMA.
