Gary Clarke has over 20 years’ experience in L&D at senior level appointments across multiple sectors, including the British Army, Serco, BlackRock and most recently Capita where he has been Group Director of Learning and is currently the Head of Performance and Development for Public Services Division.
Gary has a strong track record in learning technology, learning transformation and building and leading large, successful teams across various market sectors, currently managing over 100 learning professionals that deliver better outcomes for Capita’s Public Sector clients.
Gary is a real advocate for Diversity and Inclusion, and is part of Capita’s Mutual Mentoring programme, being mentored by a BAME colleague, and is actively building an Inclusive Manager Programme that will deliver career support and guidance for managers to be able to support better inclusivity, cultural understanding and career management & opportunities to BAME colleagues.
