
Caroline is Access and Inclusion Manager at Network Rail. Her role sits within the Diversity and Inclusion team – implementing Network Rail’s ‘Disability Matters’ strategy.
This work centres around on being an inclusive service provider to older and disabled passengers – and an inclusive employer to disabled colleagues. Network Rail has 44,000 employees, based at over 2000 sites across the UK.
Caroline’s role has a strong focus on cross-industry work with rail industry partners and UK government to create change within the rail sector and society. Caroline has worked at Network Rail for 15 years and has a background in programme and change management.
